Often, patients who have been refused implants in other places or have been offered lengthy bone augmentation procedures come to our clinic.

At “Dental Club”, we can install implants even in the most complex situations. We use navigation dentistry. Operations are planned in digital (3D) format to eliminate inaccuracies and, even if there is a small amount of bone tissue as the base, we can install the implant without violating the integrity of the bone.

As a first step before the operation itself, we perform a virtual installation of implants in the digital 3D environment, after which we transfer the implantation protocol into a template. Using a template allows us to perform the operation without an incision and avoid complications after implantation.

For particularly complex cases, we utilise a technique from the leader in implantology, Nobel Biocare - “All-on-4” and “All-on-6” (using either 4 or 6 pins to secure the implant). Using this technique it is possible to remove damaged teeth in one visit, install implants at an angle and attach a fixed prosthesis to them using multi-unit abutments.

The chief physician of “Dental Club” has been trained in this technique by leaders in this field e.g. as Malo (Spain, Alicante), Tiziano Testori (Italy).

In the most difficult cases, with a lack of bone as foundation, at our clinic we can install Zygoma zygomatic implants (Nobel Biocare, USA). The first operation in Kazakhstan to install them was performed at “Dental Club”.

Stages of Complex Implantation (All-on-4):

  1. Diagnostics and planning: 3D image, scanning of the tooth model, making a surgical template.
  2. Removal of damaged teeth.
  3. Installation of the implant, fixation of multi-unit abutments and a fixed prosthesis.

According to each particular situation, it may be possible for the orthopaedist to install fixed dentures either on the day of the operation or after 1-2 days.

What do you need to know about the All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods?
  • All-on-4 and All-on-6 differ in the number of implants required for a stable structure. Unlike standard methods, where each tooth is a separate implant, in this situation we use only 4-6 supporting implants. This method allows you to fix the entire structure as a whole, on one jaw.
  • At the first stage, 4-6 implants are installed, to which the orthopaedist fixes a temporary long-term prosthesis. The service life of such a structure is 6-12 months.
  • The second stage is replacing the temporary prosthesis with a more durable, permanent structure.
Is this method reliable?

This method of installation and prosthetics was developed more than 20 years ago in Switzerland and has since successfully established itself as an alternative to bone grafting. Since then, this area of implantology has been continuously improving.
